With over 25 years of industry experience in design agencies, client-side and as a self-employed freelancer, I offer end-to-end expertise in managing creative graphic design projects, from concept to implementation. For the last 12 years I’ve been working in-house, visualising brands, campaigns and strategies for internal and external stakeholders.

I am a motivated self-starter, proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365. My skills include brand creation, editorial design (handling substantial copy for reports and magazines), digital assets for email and social media, web design and CMS, filming and video editing, along with some experience in animation. I also undertake copywriting, editing, and proofreading. I can manage and order print, and am skilled in pitching, presenting, and training. As a personable and warm mentor, I also have experience training and managing other designers.

Current role: Senior Graphic Designer at GreenSquareAccord (GSA)

GSA is a housing association and social care provider, created in 2021 following a merger of GreenSquare Group and Accord Housing Association. Having previously been Accord’s lead creative for four years, I was invited back pre-merger to roll out, manage and develop the new GSA brand. My main responsibilities as GSA’s senior designer include:

  • Design of GSA’s award-winning corporate strategy and business plan

  • Interactive PDFs and PowerPoint decks for Board, Exec. Team and senior leaders

  • Editorial design for newsletters, reports, programmes, guides and magazines (digital and print)

  • Digital assets for our intranet, websites, social media channels and email campaigns

  • Managing all visual assets for in-person events such as ceremonies and conferences

  • Filming and editing video

  • Print design for customer-facing teams (flyers, brochures, posters and promo items)

  • Occasional animation work

  • Briefing and managing outputs from freelance designers and print suppliers.
